Since its foundation in 1995, EGT has been continuously developing, using advanced logistics processes and creating an innovative product offering. Our goal is to provide optimal solutions for all your requirements.

EGT as a Global Transport and Logistics Company

At the very beginning of our history there were 2 founders who decided to start their first business in Olomouc. Thanks to the great enthusiasm, faith and innovative ideas and later also the skills, experience and dedication of our employees, we have grown steadily into the company we are today.

Our team of more than 200 logistics professionals is dedicated to providing comprehensive services with an emphasis on shipments to destinations around the world, particularly in Europe and Asia.

EGT offices are strategically located near key transport hubs. Despite the company's growth, our priority is still to provide individual solutions tailored to your needs. Our international team consists of more than 20 nationalities, which contributes greatly to our in-depth knowledge of local markets and conditions, as well as to smooth communication.

1995

Company founded offering Customs services

1997

Transportation & Logistics service commences

1999–2001

First European transport routes to Benelux / Italy / Spain / Portugal.

2003

Due to growing demand, we are establishing new routes to Britain/Ireland.

2005

Express services commenced on operating routes.

2009

European destinations are covered, EGT launches first services from Czechia to CIS countries.

2010

Regular groupage to CIS countries extended to include Armenia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

2010

EGT is opening offices in Bulgaria, followed by offices in Lithuania, Georgia and Azerbaijan in 2012.

2012

Oversized shipments are being offered in CIS and EU countries.

2012

Regular groupage into IQ began with consolidation at our BG hub

2013–2014

EGT is expanding its destination portfolio to include the Balkan countries, Russia and Mongolia.

2015

EGT moves to a new logistics centre. The simultaneous increase in staff ensures professional and comprehensive services.

2017

Introduction of cross trade services within the EU, establishment of a branch in Belarus.

2018

Introduction of a regular Vilnius - Leningrad Region groupage service

2018

Opening of branches in Armenia, Russia and Uzbekistan

2019

Introduction of scheduled air service to Central Asia

2020

EGT opens a branch in Lodz, Poland.

2021

Introduction of a regular collection service between the EU and China and between the EU and Pakistan.
