One million kilometers without an accident and more than 20 years behind the wheel for EGT drivers

The International Road Transport Union annually awards the prestigious Diploma of Honour to outstanding drivers. This year, our driver Robert has also joined the list of award recipients. We submitted his nomination through our membership in the association ČESMAD BOHEMIA.

Strict Criteria of the International Commission

Receiving this award is not easy. The nomination must be reviewed and approved by an international commission that ensures compliance with strict rules.

The driver must have been actively working in the profession for at least twenty years and must have been driving for the company that nominates them for the award for the past five years. Another requirement is a proven mileage of one million kilometers.

A strong emphasis is placed on safety and integrity. Over the past twenty years, the driver must not have been responsible for any accident resulting in bodily injury. In addition, the last five years must be free of any serious traffic or customs violations.

A Milestone Behind the Wheel

For Robert, this diploma represents well-deserved recognition for his lifelong dedication to the profession. Driving one million kilometers without an accident requires an exceptional level of focus and experience. This sense of responsibility forms the foundation of our logistics. The work of a driver may not always be visible, but without it, our network connecting Europe with other continents simply would not function.
