We Have Successfully Renewed Our ISO Certifications and AEO Status
On 15 October 2025, we successfully completed the ISO surveillance audit and renewed our Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status. These results confirm that our long-term commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability is not just a formal obligation but a genuine foundation of our daily operations.
ISO Surveillance Audit – Three Key Certifications
Our company has renewed three certifications that serve not only as confirmation of our quality standards but also as a commitment to continuous improvement.
ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
This certification ensures that all processes — from the first customer contact to the execution of transport — follow clearly defined standards. As a result, we provide our partners with reliable and consistent services of the highest quality.
ISO 14001 – Environmental management
This standard confirms our commitment to responsible and environmentally conscious operations. We actively reduce our ecological footprint by, for example:
- operating modern, low-emission trucks (EURO 6),
- sorting waste at all branches,
- using energy-efficient LED lighting in warehouses,
- minimizing paper documentation through digitalization.
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management
This certification confirms that we provide a safe working environment for all employees. We ensure this through:
- regular training sessions,
- internal safety audits,
- modern equipment in both warehouses and the vehicle fleet.
AEO Status – A Trusted Partner in Customs Procedures
We have also successfully renewed our Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status, granted by the EU Customs Administration to reliable and thoroughly verified companies. It is recognized by customs authorities in all EU member states and confirms our trustworthiness, security, and transparency in international trade.
Holders of AEO status benefit from simplified customs procedures, faster shipment clearance, and increased trust from regulatory authorities across the European Union.
